Sam Gittins BSc MSTA (Sports Therapist)
Sam is a Sports Therapist whom completed a BSc in Sports Therapy, graduating in 2014 at Edge Hill University. Since then, Sam has worked within professional and semi professional sports gaining a wealth of experience in dealing with a vast array of injuries, Sam has also worked within the private health sector working with a diverse client base ranging from elite athletes to people that lead more sedentary lifestyles! Sam utilizes manual therapy and manipulation techniques in order to treat your aches and pains and is passionate about providing scientifically backed treatments in order to promote your fitness and wellbeing! Sam opened Gittins Sports Therapy & Wellness Clinic, Warrington in 2018 with the vision of providing a multi-practice healthcare clinic aiming to treat clients issues with a range of both clinical and holistic therapies.

Claire Isherwood
Claire worked in a corporate environment focusing mainly in Recruitment since 1998. In 2012 Clare took the decision to take time out from this environment and during a Summer holiday in the mountains in Austria she discovered an interest in Alternative/Complementary/Holistic Therapies. Acting upon this Clare then completed a short introductory course to Holistic Therapies before deciding to commence more formal training in Reflexology.
Since this she have also completed my VTCT Level 3 Certificate in Indian Head Massage, VTCT Level 3 in Swedish Massage as well as other training courses to complement these. Clare aims to continue developing her skills and offering different therapies for my clients to experience whilst ensuring a relaxing and soothing time with extremely positive benefits
